Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. The Cabaret on Main Theater Box Office does not offer refunds on ticket purchases. However, in the event that you are unable to attend a performance, you may inquire about exchanging your tickets for an alternate performance of the same show. Please note ticket exchanges are subject to availability and not gauranteed. Please contact the theater for exchange inquiries, providing the last name of the purchaser and the name, date, and time, of the alternate desired performance.
General Policies
FOOD & BEVERAGES:
Outside food and beverages are ONLY allowed during events with cabaret table seating. For all other events the theater offers a full concession stand with non alcoholic beverages and snacks.
LIABILITY:
By purchasing tickets, the ticket holder acknowledges and assumes all risks and dangers associated with the event, including but not limited to, injury, death, personal loss, and property damage. Management reserves the right to deny entry or eject any individual who does not adhere to the event's terms, conditions, and rules.
ETIQUETTE:
Please ensure that all cell phones and any noise-making devices are turned off while inside the theater.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission under reasonable circumstances. Patrons who are intoxicated, disruptive, abusive, or violent toward theatre staff, audience members, or performers will be removed from the premises without a ticket refund.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY
The taking of photographs or recordings of any kind during the performance is strictly prohibited without prior permission from Cabaret on Main Theater management. Patrons found violating this policy will be asked to leave the premises.
1. PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
We kindly ask you to carpool when coming with other guests. LIMITED PARKING is available at the following locations:
Cabaret on Main Theater 597 Main St. Either in the front of our building or directly behind our building on Doran St.
DiAdamo & Tracey BIG STEVE BAIL BONDS 575 Main St. ( lot is in the rear of their building). Please refrain from parking in the two spaces located on the side of their building as those are their personal spots.
XCLUSIVE CARS 598 Main St across the street from Cabaret on Main next to the laundromat( Please do not park at the laundromat)
Please DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET and block our neighbors driveways.
2. WHEELCHAIR/HANDICAP ENTRANCE:
Handicap accessible parking is available in the rear lot of our building & subject to availability. We recommend calling ahead during Box Office hours to reserve an accessible space if you need it. When purchasing tickets for a wheel chair please purchase an aisle seat on the right side of the theater so we may remove the seat for you. Should you or your guest need handicap access please enter through our rear lot. Come up the right side walk and use the 2nd door on your left.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Broadway On Main Theatre Company).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
