Refunds are only available when purchasing refund insurance. See refund insurance policies for details.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made up to 24 hrs ahead but only if seating is available for the requested show.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Broadway On Main Theatre Company).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
